The Client was looking for a partner and strategic platform that would allow them to automate its FX business in order to better serve their customers and streamline their FX trading and payments operations. Their objectives included:
- Expand how their institution delivers FX Trading and Payment services to their customers
- Provide a tailored customer experience via a modern client interface
- Automate and scale their FX business with improved risk management and settlement workflows
- Streamline the operating model through better integration of its FX technology stack and Cloud enablement
Working closely with our team, the Client was live on the platform in less than 3 months for the first phase of the project. They can now provide a self-service offering for customers to have on-line access to real-time FX trading with straight through processing of payments. Our solution also allows them to administer client trading with manual intervention for pricing of large trades and real-time monitoring of the trade settlement processes.
- Client now offers a suite of FX Trading Services for same-day settlements, split payments and fund transfers
- TickTrade’s Client Portal interface provides a modern customer experience for real-time client trading and dealer intervention
- Integration with the Client’s banking systems provides customers with current account balances, automated credit, debit & payment staging
- Reduced operation errors for the Client via automatic payment instruction field validations (Swift lookups, IBAN validation, etc)
- Flexible deployment and bank systems integration enables FX volume growth and the overall Cloud strategy
